flexibility and adaptability
Flexibility and Adaptability in the workplace is about an employee and an employer making changes to when, where, and how a person will work to better meet individual needs and business needs.
Examples of Flexibility and Adaptability in the Workplace: Changing someone's work hours to better accommodate for their home schedule, Giving someone a promotion because their hard work will benefit the company, Firing someone because their work ethic is bringing the company down instead of up.

Developing Flexibility and Adaptability in High School:
1. Accommodating your sleep schedule to get work done: Sometimes this has to be done to ensure you are prepared for the next day at school. The good thing is you can always catch a nap after school! 2. Time management: Between school, family, friends, and extracurriculars, teenagers have a lot on their plate. Time management is a very important skill to have. Just remember, you will also have to be flexible and set a hierarchy of importance. |
